Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus and he sometimes visits in June!

His name is Mike and he's a supervisor in the Finance Dept. at Sprint.

Mike just made my $26.54 headache go away this afternoon by agreeing that we'd made good faith efforts to pay and submitted evidence showing the attempt. He has written off our balance and closed our account.

Sprint is redeemed (even though we're not using them anymore).

YAY! It truly is the little things...

Thank You Mike.

I don't think of Mike as generous or even that giving--certainly not to the level of Santa. Mike, the Finance Guy, is merely doing a COST-BENEFIT analysis. Shutting down the MISSUS CRAB SPIN MACHINE is a much greater benefit than the cost of 27 bucks.

Or you could just call him a snivelling weakling for not being able to witstand the verbal harangues . . . . .

Sand Crab wuz here.
