Alternative Family Life Curricular Tools.

I'm still stuck on the lack of diversity that the Science project affords if everyone shows up with a plain old potato. While Patty Essdoubleu proposed I bake the Russet to look like the other potatoes, only with hypotonicity, I worry that my archenemy, MOLD, and its ally, MILDEW, could show up on the scene and provide a valid reason for points-deduction.

Therefore, I would like to propose for future classes that the teachers for this unit allow representation from other tubers.

A hearty but colorful option, the turnip:

And, not to be forgotten, a Maloney family holiday favorite, the rutabaga:

Mold? Mildew? How ROOD :) to use those labels to describe a child's degenerative disorder stemming from its hypotonicity...
