APC reported that the doctor wryly noted that "Mom jumped the gun on the anti-dust-mite bedding". Then blasted the absent Crab Queen for not using the "Vani-cream" for his dry skin. Like dry skin is our biggest priority in a land of Sinus rinses, massive amounts of medication all around, peak flows and aerochambers, and the fantabulous eye drops. As the Dermatologist handles the photo-sensitivity angle, Jamie is punted back to Opthamalogy, Pulmonology, Dermatology, and Peds.
Here's the scrawny fellow asking for Halloween candy (like there's anything but the dregs of the bags left thanks to me!) for doing "a great job not screaming during the skin test."

Fun story (not): APC and the doctor engaged -- and, no surprise, APC prevailed -- over my failure to execute a medical Power of Attorney for this "medical procedure". The doctor tried to say that the JAG office makes it really fast and easy to get them. APC noted that she's handled no fewer than 8 doctor's appointments this summer/fall with no POA and then ratcheted up the dialogue by noting that in the "Notebook of Death (the Crab Queen's not APC's)" she (APC) is the guardian of person...Doesn't that count for something?!
My retort: Only if I am pushing daisies, APC.
